New Applicant

If you think your organization might qualify for a grant and are not a current recipient of an HFHP grant, please submit a Letter Of Intent.

Letter Of Intent information

  • Read our REQUIREMENTS page before applying.
  • The granting process is only done once a year.
  • SUBMIT Letter of Intent BEFORE JUNE 1st of this year.
  • Letters Of Intent should be concise and specific.
  • All Requests for Proposal will be emailed by June 30th.

The following documents must be included

  • Copy of the organization’s determination 501(c) (3) letter.
  • Audited financial statements for the most recently completed fiscal year. If an audit was not done, attach unaudited financial statements.

Reapplying?

Please note that if you have received a grant in the past, you only need to submit a Grant Application for the current year after you receive an RFP. A Letter Of Intent is not required if you are invited to apply through an RFP.
